No. This is an annual membership based community. For it to be effective, and for you to truly develop yourself, it is essential that you go through the entire program.

You have to be an existing business owner, an entrepreneur or a leader in your organization. There are no other educational or age criteria.

There will be one group training session held every month. The duration will be 2.5 hours. Other than that, you will work with your coach and accountability partner on your individual projects and assignment. In total, you will need to spend around 5-6 hours per month for your development.

Sessions will primarily be conducted online. However, if the COVID situation improves, there will be certain optional group sessions held in-person for members from the same city.
